Are your items 100% authentic?

Yes. Every item at Affluent Archives is 100% authentic, guaranteed. All products are carefully sourced from trusted suppliers and undergo thorough checks for quality and legitimacy, from serial codes and materials to packaging and stitching. We do not deal in fakes, replicas, or counterfeits, so you can shop with complete confidence.

How do I sell an item to Affluent Archives?

Selling with us is simple: submit the details of your designer item through our seller portal to receive an offer, post your item(s) to the address provided once your offer is accepted, and we'll pay out directly to your bank details, usually within 24 hours of receiving your item(s). No listings, no waiting for buyers, and no marketplace fees.

How long does delivery take?

UK orders are sent via Royal Mail, with options including Special Delivery (guaranteed by 1pm), Tracked 24 (1–3 working days) and Tracked 48 (3–5 working days). European orders typically arrive within 1–3 weeks (standard) or 2–5 working days (express), and Rest of World orders follow a similar timeframe. What is your returns policy?

We offer a 14-day return policy from the date you receive your item. To be eligible, items must be unworn or unused, with the original swing tag attached and in their original packaging, along with proof of purchase. A small number of items, including swimwear, underwear, face masks and aftershaves, can't be returned for hygiene reasons, and sale items or gift cards are eligible for exchange or credit note only. Do you offer Buy Now Pay Later?

Yes, we offer Buy Now Pay Later through Klarna, so you can split your payment interest-free at checkout.

Are items inspected before being listed for sale?

Yes. Every item is quality checked upon arrival and again before it's sent to you, with serial codes, materials, packaging and stitching inspected as part of our authentication process. Any wear or imperfections are clearly noted in the listing and reflected in the price.

What brands do you stock?

We specialise in pre-loved, authenticated designer fashion from the world's leading luxury houses, including Burberry, Stone Island, Dior, Gucci, Louis Vuitton, Moncler, Prada, Saint Laurent and many more. Our edit is always evolving as new pieces are authenticated and added.

What condition are the items in?

Every item is graded honestly using our condition guide: New (unused, with original packaging and tags), Like New (no signs of wear), Immaculate (worn once or twice, pristine condition), Very Good (minimal signs of wear) and Good (moderate signs of wear, clearly photographed and reflected in price). The exact condition of each piece is always stated on its product page.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. Alongside UK delivery, we ship across Europe and the rest of the world, with tracked standard and express options available at checkout.
