We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to return your item for a voucher code/ exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with anti-wear tags and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Our credit note policy and why we have it
Due to the fact we sell used clothing, we have no way of telling if an item has been worn and sent back. For this reason we only offer credit note, like with most pre owned companies.
Damages and issues
All our items are quality checked upon arrival and again once sent, please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
There are some exceptions to our returns policy, swimwear, underwear, face masks and aftershaves cannot be returned due to hygiene purposes.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards (exchange/ credit note only)
Please complete the returns form above and make it clear what item you wish to exchange for, product codes can be found in the descriptions of all product listings.
Refunds are only offered if the item is defective, if this is the case we will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be refunded within 14 days to your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
